Jeremiah then retracted his gaze, looking at Xavier, he seemed to finally find a trace of comfort, he stretched out his hand and gently patted the back of Xavier’s hand.
Then the grandfather and grandson turned around and walked into the restaurant.
Passing by Ava, the old man suddenly thought of something. He stopped and looked at her and asked, “Ava, why didn’t Ava come to eat at home recently?”
Ava smiled slightly and replied: “I turned around and asked her.”
Grandpa cared about Ava because of Chase.
