She turned her head and looked at the closed study door with expectant eyes.
Suddenly, the door of the study room opened, and Ava’s eyes lit up.
A tall figure rushed out, followed by an angry question: “What are you doing?”

A touch of disappointment flashed in Ava’s eyes, and the corners of her mouth sank in disappointment. She looked at Julian who came forward without any surprise in her heart.
