After Caleb Uchiha left, he returned to the police department and asked the patrolling police members to keep an eye out for the Hyuga clan's movements and to tell him when Hyuga Hyuga left the clan's territory.
About an hour later, Hyuga Hiashi left the clan territory and headed for the Hokage building.
Upon receiving the news, Caleb Uchiha immediately took several of his subordinates to the hotel where the Kumogakure delegation was staying.
Fifteen minutes later, Caleb Uchiha and his men appeared at the hotel, strode forward, and walked towards the hotel entrance with a menacing look.
The captain of the dark force responsible for protecting the Hidden Cloud Mission received the news and immediately led his men to meet them.
