Mason got out of the car, walked around to Ava’s side, opened the car door, stretched her arms over, unfastened the seat belt for Ava in one fell swoop, and then led her out of the car.
Two people walked into the house and changed shoes at the entrance.
Aunt Wu walked out of the kitchen and said, “Master, Madam, you are back, have you had dinner? Do you need me to warm up the food?”
Mason thought, since Ava was able to follow him to Mia’s side, he probably left when he was on the phone with him. He must have had nothing to eat. He nodded at Aunt Wu, “Well, hot, and , Pour a cup of warm water.”
“Good young master.” Aunt Wu answered, turned and walked into the kitchen again.
