Ava raised her head reflexively, followed the voice and looked up. Her so-called grandfather was standing behind the railing on the second floor, leaning on a cane, his eyes sharp and calm, looking at her with a serious face.
For some reason, facing this grandfather, she is not as relaxed as looking at the mom, dad and sister in the photo, she wants to feel close, but has a touch of alienation and fear.
Su Wan’s back straightened up late, and for a while, she forgot to greet her. It was Li Ma quietly reminding her in her ear, “Miss, call Grandpa.”
Ava reacted and shouted in a low voice, “Grandpa.”
The expression on Oliver’s face did not change. He looked at her for a few seconds before opening his lips, “Come on.”
