Riley Gu and En Jin walked towards the yellow light. The white fog was as thick as a pot of porridge. It was really unpleasant to walk in it for a long time. Although it was clearly outdoors, it gave people a sense of claustrophobia, depression and dullness.
As they walked along the bluestone path, they approached the light source and heard vague conversations from the front. It seemed that there were more than three or four people. After a while, a faint shadow emerged from the fog and walked towards them. Countless footsteps "clicked" on the bluestone, sounding chaotic.
The two groups of people met face to face under the yellow light source. Only then did Riley Gu see clearly that the light on the top was a light paper lantern hanging next to the door of a store, emitting a hazy bright yellow light in the thick fog.
He looked across again and found a group of people wearing white clothes, both men and women, who were definitely players.
At the head stood a man in his thirties, with a broad face, a wide forehead, and sharp eyes. His hair was dyed a striking green, short and prickly, and trimmed like freshly mowed grass in summer. The man was sturdy, standing opposite with his two strong arms. The width of the bluestone road was only enough for him to stand alone, and he looked like a bandit.
