After Bartmore left, Colonel Price turned to Gavin Lin and said, "Mr. Ren, I have to thank you again! If you hadn't found the black pigeon, we would never have thought that Catherine would use pigeons to pass information to that Clyde Mock at night."
Gavin Lin smiled and waved his hand, saying, "Colonel Price, even without me this time, Commander Bartmo should be able to find the black pigeon, so don't be too polite to me!"
"You can't say that!" Colonel Price said, "Given Bartmore's personality, it's impossible for him to open the window as soon as he entered Catherine's dormitory to search. In this way, by the time Bartmore wants to open the window to check, the pigeon may have flown away. So the credit for discovering the pigeon must go to you!"
Seeing that Colonel Price insisted on saying this, Gavin Lin smiled and stopped being modest. As the saying goes, when you are polite to someone, you must be asking for something. Gavin Lin could guess with his little toes that the reason why Colonel Price insisted on giving him this compliment was that he would definitely ask him to do something next.
Sure enough, Price continued, "Mr. Ren, I have one more thing to trouble you with. When Clyde Mock is captured, I would like to ask Mr. Ren to participate in our interrogation of him."
