Liam's eyes lit up and he tiptoed to Lin Yang's side. Lin Yang then began to play the flute. The sound was melodious and graceful, entwined on the branches and leaves, and gradually spread into the distance.

Song Chen caught up with Lin Yang, panting heavily. He saw from afar that Lin Yang was playing a flute he had never seen before with his eyes lowered. He couldn't help but feel puzzled. Although he didn't understand, he knew that he shouldn't disturb him casually, so he waited quietly by the side.

Lin Yang played the flute with great concentration for a while, but for some reason there was no response. The surroundings were so quiet that not even the sound of wind could be heard. Instead, thick fog settled down, making the ditch seem even more eerie and terrifying. Lin Yang repeated the process over and over again without giving up, feeling worried. If the little darling was within a ten-mile radius, he would have come here following the sound. However, there was no other way. Lin Yang played for nearly a moment before a low roar was finally heard nearby, but it was obviously not a sound that the little darling could make.

Lin Yang looked in the direction of the sound and saw Song Chen half-buried in the ground, struggling desperately while grabbing at dead leaves. Lin Yang sighed and walked over to pull him up, but when Song Chen saw her coming, he stopped her in a deep voice, "Don't come over, there's something underneath!"
Lin Yang was startled when she heard the words and stopped walking. She swept her eyes around Song Chen and found something strange behind him. The thick pile of rotten leaves was trembling slightly, as if beating outwards regularly like a heartbeat. Lin Yang narrowed her eyes, stared for a moment, and raised the corners of her lips charmingly, "If I can't go over there, can't I just pull you out?" Before she finished speaking,

she swung her right hand suddenly, and the black whip wrapped around Song Chen's wrist. Lin Yang was about to exert force, but the black whip didn't drag at all. The force on the tip of the whip was quite heavy, far more than the weight of one person. Lin Yang raised her eyebrows, stepped firmly on the ground, lowered her shoulders and bent her elbows, and shouted in a low voice, "Come out!" Song Chen followed her words and straightened his waist and exerted force. With a "puff", Song Chen rose from the ground, and even brought out the thing that was grabbing his legs from the ground. In the chaos, he looked down and found that the thing was actually a "person", or a human-shaped thing, except that the head was more than twice as big as a normal person's.
