Now I'm going to tell you a story. That's what I heard when I was a kid. From then on, every time I thought about it, it seemed cuter. The story is like that of many people, the older they get, the cuter they become. This is so much fun!

I assume you must have been to the countryside? You must have seen an old farmhouse. The roof is made of grass, with many moss and small plants growing randomly on it. There is a cheekbird's nest on the roof ridge, because we can't do it without the cheekbird. The walls are slightly sloping, the windows are low, and only one window can be opened. The bread oven protrudes from the wall like a fat belly. An elder tree leaned against the fence. There is a scarred willow tree here, and there is a small pool under the tree. There is a hen and a group of ducks in the pool. Yes, there is also a guard dog. It barks several times at every visitor.

There is only one farmhouse in the countryside. There lived an old couple, a farmer and his wife. No matter how little their possessions may be, they find it okay to give up a few things. For example, one of their horses can be given up. It lives on some grass in the ditch beside the road. The old farmer went to the city to ride it, and his neighbor lent it to use, and occasionally helped the old couple do some work as a reward. However, they thought it best to sell the horse or exchange it for something more useful to them. But what should be replaced?

"Old man, you know best," said the old woman. "Today is market day in the town. You can ride it to the town and sell it for some money, or exchange it for something good: you can never go wrong in what you do. Come to the market quickly." So. She wrapped the scarf around him, for she was better at that than he was; and she tied it into a double bow, which looked very pretty. Then she wiped his hat a few times with the palm of her hand. At the same time, she K!ssed him on the warm mouth. So he rode away on the horse. He wants to sell it or exchange it for something. Yes, the old man knows how he should do things.

The sun shines like fire, and there is not a single dark cloud in the sky. The road was covered with dust, for there were many people going to the market either in carts, on horses, or on foot. The sun was scorching hot and there was no shade anywhere on the road.
