Yan Lanyu immediately signaled him to be quiet, but the headmaster still heard him and asked lazily through the paper door: "Who is outside?"
The servants were so frightened that their faces turned pale.
Yan Lanyu waved her hand gently, signaling him to be silent and just leave. Then he stepped forward through the snow and knocked on the paper door: "I'm very sorry, it's me."

It was probably silent for several seconds before the leader heard the order: "Since it's Lan Yu, come in and talk."
