The Jade Emperor is the highest ruler in heaven and resides in Yuqing Palace and Tongming Hall.
According to folklore, he controls thirty-six heavens above and seventy-two lands below. No matter whether it is the gods in the sky, the ghosts in the underworld, or the humans, flowers, trees, birds and beasts in the mortal world, they are all under his control. He is also the most powerful god in the entire world.
Since the Jade Emperor is the highest authority in heaven, it would be too much for him to attack the opponent personally. Charlie Xie's design idea for this card is the same as when he designed the "Emperor of Fengdu", the authority in the ghost world for Xiao Ke - it is designed as a summoning card, allowing him to summon heavenly soldiers and generals to assist in combat.
