"When observing the qi, one must first determine the direction based on people and things. Beginners use the stars to determine the direction, and the east, south, west and north cannot be moved. Advanced people use themselves to determine the direction, and the location of the body and mind is the heaven and earth.
"The reason why life is alive is breathing. What is breathing? It is air. Taking in new air and exhaling old air, each inhalation and exhalation is the movement of air, and movement must leave traces.
