The Zhan Yun Sword and the vampire's sharp claws crossed in the air, making a clear "clang" sound.
Aiden Shao then discovered that the vampire's body could switch between reality and illusion.
There was a sound of steel hitting steel when the claw tip met the blade. He failed to cut it off immediately, so he shook his wrist and let the blade slide down the sharp claw like a pick. As the blade was about to cut into the flesh, the pale claw that had solidified into a solid object suddenly turned into a silver-gray mist. The mist bypassed the Zhan Yun knife and condensed into a thin armor plate on his pulse gate.
It turns out to be a ghost, so troublesome!
The Taoist priest swung the scimitar in his right hand rapidly, slashing at the newly condensed hand; with his left hand, he pulled out a whisk from his bag, exhaled his spiritual energy, and lashed the whisk at the ghost face that seemed real but was not.
