"What is your relationship with the deceased?" The police officer standing in front of Asher Fujimaru was very young, with a green and nervous face, like a newcomer. His chestnut hair was tied in a small braid at the back of his head. He finished the question. Then he added with bravado: "Don't lie, I can hear it."
"He is my client." Asher Fujimaru replied. Just as he was about to touch his pocket, he remembered that he didn't bring the firm's business card when he came out. "I came to see Sander to discuss his client, but I couldn't get in touch. He, so I found his studio to have a look."
"Client?" The police officer held a recording pen in his hand and looked at Asher Fujimaru with a scrutinizing gaze. He didn't quite believe it because she looked too much like a student.
"I'm a detective with a detective agency on Miskatonic Street."
The police officer wrote furiously in his notes, fearing to miss any words: "What did Sander Tomlinson entrust you with?"
