Yu Yourong appointed Liu Rongrong, Zhao Weiyan, and Cheng Tianyue to official positions and sent them out. In the same year, the Shizhong Court was established to select Shizhong through the imperial examination papers, and all men in the country could take the exam.
Most of the candidates were important officials of the court, sons and nephews of the royal family, and one or two commoners. Three people were selected from the candidates, and the rest were sent to other places.
