After the banquet, Empress Xian stood up. A maid beside her hurried forward to hold her hand, and another maid followed closely and handed her a jacket to put on her.
A gust of cold wind blew by, and her face became even paler than paper. Her hand on the maid's arm was so cold that it seemed like a dead person's. Even the maid who was supporting her shivered from the cold.
Empress Zhen Yuan noticed this and asked worriedly, "Sister, your health seems to be worse than before. Have you taken any medicine recently?"
c0ncubine Xian didn't buy it. She just glanced at her calmly and said stiffly, "Thank you for your concern, Queen. I'm in good health."
As she spoke, she didn't seem to want to chat for long. She bowed to Empress Zhen Yuan, turned around and left.
