Lily and Victor stood outside the East Palace.

Lan Er stepped forward and saluted the guard at the gate, "Please inform that His Royal Highness the Sixth Prince wishes to see His Royal Highness the Crown Prince."

The guard at the gate glanced at Victor quickly and stepped aside, "The Crown Prince has given orders that if His Royal Highness the Sixth Prince wants to see you, he can be allowed to come in directly. Please come in, I will lead the way for you."

Victor muttered to himself that this prince was quite considerate. He smiled gratefully at the guard and waited for him to open the door before stepping over the threshold and going in.

Lan Er followed him closely, but was stopped by another guard. "Sorry, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince also said that His Royal Highness the Sixth Prince should go in alone to find him."
