Just as he turned to leave, Adrian reached out and grabbed the other person. Bai Ke lost his balance and almost fell into Adrian's arms. All of a sudden, Bai Ke's heart rose to his throat: "Is...is there something wrong?" he stuttered.
Adrian narrowed his eyes, reached out and pushed up all the bangs that were covering Bai Ke's forehead. After a moment's pause, he let him go. Bai Ke seemed to say something, turned around and trotted into the kitchen.
He had recognized the wrong person. Adrian rubbed his swollen temples and said, how could that person suddenly be so attentive? He swayed his body and walked towards the last room. As soon as the door was opened, the person on the bed opened his eyes.
After seeing clearly who came in, Lucas closed his eyes again. Two or three seconds later, he suddenly felt an extra weight on his body, as well as a restless hand.
"I know you're awake, stop pretending." Adrian said in a low voice.
