Lucas propped himself up and sat up from the bed. The edge of the sun outside the window was dyed orange-red. He looked around and sneered coldly. It really hadn't changed at all.
He threw back the quilt and got out of bed. His clothes had been changed and even the wound on the back of his neck had been cleaned. He looked at himself in the mirror and couldn't help laughing.
If I had known earlier, I would have stayed with Adrian. At least I wouldn't have to worry about my life. "It's really embarrassing." He said to himself.
With a "creak", the door was pushed open from the outside. Lucas turned his head and saw a furry thing poking its head in from outside the door.
Lucas was shocked and said "Lucky!"
