After New Year's Day, Nathan Tao no longer needed injections on his hand. After it didn't hurt so much, he couldn't stay idle again and basically returned to his normal life. In the morning, when Adrian Tang went to work, he drove to the store. If he didn't work, he would go to the hospital to deliver lunch at noon. In the afternoon, when Adrian Tang got off work, he would come again and they would go home together.
Adrian Tang didn't quite approve of him driving, but Nathan Tao usually drove with one hand. He was an experienced driver, so driving with one hand was not a problem for him.
The assistants in the store became more skilled after cooperating with Nathan Tao more and more, and Nathan Tao became more comfortable with it. It was tiring for him to be Nathan Tao's assistant, as he had to keep his head down all the time, and he could only get up when Nathan Tao finished his work. And because he had never done this before, he was afraid that he would not cooperate well, so he seemed a little nervous all the time.
The children were only 20 years old, not much older than Ethan Tao, and Nathan Tao looked at them like his own younger brothers. Once, the assistant stood up to get something and touched Nathan Tao's left hand. Before Nathan Tao moved, he was frightened and squatted there to look at Nathan Tao's injured hand.
Nathan Tao lifted it up and placed it on his head, then touched his head with his palm to comfort him. He couldn't hear, so he communicated with his hands most of the time. The little boy looked at him with nervous and worried eyes, and Nathan Tao told him it was okay.
