Oliver Brooks spent two days to finish filming the scenes where "Shen Yan and Song Zhi's affection is the strongest", and officially moved the progress to the short plot where "Shen Yan is going to Beiping and the two are inseparable".

Song Zhi had never been far away. He was born and raised in a small village. If his grandfather and father had not died one after another, and the atmosphere at home had suddenly become depressing, he would not even have longed for the city. In the past, he was like a pet kept at home, thinking that the small place was the whole world, full of a kind of warmth caused by self-satisfaction. He was smart and hardworking, and with Shen Yan's help, the store business had already improved a little. If he saved some money, he could build a new house---"building a new house" was a big deal in the village. "Beiping" was a very unfamiliar word. In Song Zhi's eyes, it was no different from those extremely difficult "England" and "France", and it did not belong to his world at all. In the past, he had only heard a little bit of Arabian Nights-like things about Beiping in teahouses, and the tourists in the teahouse seemed to know very little about "Beiping"---although they talked about it one by one, they were like parrots, using other people's words to embellish their dull experiences. Song Zhi knew that Beiping was indeed too far away from their village - what could he do in Beiping?

The separation between the two people was filled with reluctance, sadness, and hope.

After the filming started in the morning, Nathan Drake went up the stairs of "Shen's Mansion". Ethan Smith suddenly returned to the bottom of the stairs, looked up and asked Nathan Drake: "Shen Yan... stay... stay... okay?" The two had just returned from "Ginkgo Avenue", where Song Zhi learned that Shen Yan was about to go to Peiping.

In order to express the conflict, Director Li used height differences. Song Zhi was in a lower position, which showed a kind of vulnerability.
