As for another civilization called Balt, no such miracle happened.
Today, 90% of the land of the Balt civilization has been occupied by the pioneer civilization.
The Pioneer Civilization no longer sends troops there, but has established a Governor's Office of the Balt Colony to continue oppressing the remaining life of the Balt civilization and exploiting the resources on the planet Balt.
They are slowly withdrawing their troops.
