Tohsaka Victor Toosaka thought Evan was telling a joke, but he didn't expect it to be a dirty joke.
I can't see through Evan's thoughts, and I can't guess what Evan is doing. Why is this man pursuing the Holy Grail? Or maybe he is not pursuing the Holy Grail at all, but enjoying the game called the Holy Grail War?
Victor Toosaka couldn't figure it out, so he simply stopped thinking about Evan and asked Philip Kotomine, "Philip Kotomine, how big do you think the difference in strength between Rider and Archer is?"
