The core members of the C Station team recruited by Julian Mei and Ava Lin are mainly programmers, artists and website operation planners, most of whom are veteran users of A Station.
Although they are veterans, they actually started hanging out in the early two-dimensional circle when they were fifteen or sixteen years old. Most of the members are not big names in the circle, but they are involved in related industries after work, which can be said to be driven by interest.
This outsourcing team has a total of about 40 people, 27 of whom have formally confirmed their offer intentions, and 24 members who are able to attend offline employee meetings in a timely manner. The gender ratio is close to 50-50, with programmers mainly male and artists mainly female, and a small number of operations planners.
On this basis, Julian Mei also posted several job JDs on Station C, mainly for HR ladies related to human resources and some website operation members. There was an endless stream of resumes applying. Finally, after written tests and telephone interviews, two ladies were temporarily hired to assist Sister Yueyue in her work. This will also reduce some of the worries of miscellaneous matters for Mei Yue.
Julian Mei's Linxi Technology 1.0 plan is to expand the official members to 50 people, including himself.
