Archer looked at the wrist held by the mouse. Her fingers had clear joints and were white and slender, in stark contrast to his black sleeves.
"Yeah." Archer nodded softly, his wrist being held slightly numb, which made him feel uncomfortable all over, worse than being splashed with monster blood.
After quickly retracting his hand, Archer immediately felt much more at ease. But the next second he saw the dumbfounded look of the little white mouse, and Archer looked tangled in confusion. Finally, his heart changed, and he called out in a pinch: "...sister."
Harper: ...
Before Archer could recover from the joy of calling him brother, his words "sister" completely made Harper lose control of his expression and looked at him with wide eyes in disbelief.
