The entrance of the cave is connected to the underground by steps. There is a faint breeze blowing from the underground, bringing a hint of coolness.

The stone steps were very long, and the wind blowing past them was like a strange cry, sending chills down one's spine. On the rock wall at the side were milky white beads, which glowed faintly in the darkness, illuminating the road ahead.

The further you go forward, the steeper the stone steps become, clinging to the rock wall. When you pass the narrowest section, you can faintly hear the sound of water.

Looking in the direction where the sound of water came from, a stone bridge suddenly appeared in front of us. Under the stone bridge, an underground river rushed through, and from time to time, silver light could be seen flashing in the water. The silver light jumped out of the water, and it was a group of slender silver fish.

Jasper Caldwell paused. He had seen such fish under the temple in the deserted city. Under the temple, two dark rivers intersected. The source of one of them hid the secret room and the skeleton of the red lizard. He did not continue to explore the other one. His intuition told him that in addition to the parchment scroll, there was something very important to him there.
