Victor Lin has been running in the fog.
He originally thought that the road would be rough, or that he would be attacked, but there was none. Even though it was so foggy that he couldn't see the road under his feet, as long as he ran forward, it would be a smooth journey.
It wasn't until he was too tired to move his legs that Victor Lin panted and stopped on the spot.
He clenched his hands tightly, and large drops of sweat rolled down his forehead and fell to the ground, where they were instantly absorbed by the moist soil behind the fog.
Victor Lin wanted to look back.
