Emily scooped out the pig's trotters from the casserole while chatting with Ava. Ava had a department dinner tonight and she was drinking and waiting for a designated driver.
"I made twice-cooked pork tonight. It smells so good. The fat has been fried out of the pork. It's not greasy at all. I'm sure you'll like it. I'll bring it to you the day after tomorrow at noon. I'm making pork knuckles now. Would you like spicy or barbecue flavor for lunch tomorrow?" Emily said slowly.
These days, Emily is not so busy and has the time and mood to prepare delicious food.
Ava was almost jumping up and down on the other end of the phone, typing away on Weibo, "At this time, are you still concerned about what to eat for lunch? You've even been scolded and become a hot topic."
