The plane arrived half an hour earlier than expected. Natalie picked up his luggage and waited for about ten minutes, but the car he called was late.
There won't be any traffic jams at this time. I got home smoothly, it was just past noon. An hour ago, Mark sent me the airplane meal, but he seemed speechless and didn't eat much.
The house was very clean. Mark must have cleaned it carefully when he left. The windows were left a crack for ventilation, and there was no strange smell from not having been home for many days.
Natalie put the suitcase next to the shoe cabinet. She had plenty of time, so she looked for Easter first. The moment the phone was connected, she heard a very strange voice on the other end.
"Ning? What's going on?"
