The snow stopped.
At 1:14 pm, Grayson ran out of Tokyo Station towards Marunouchi. He had a sports backpack slung across his body and a paper bag in his left hand. His eyes never left the phone screen on his right hand. After grabbing the phone from the prince, he kept staring at the TV broadcast.
The screen was showing Braxton, who had surpassed Daigo Yokohama and finished sixth on the track. The announcer said: "Kanmasadai's general, Braxton, continues to charge forward bravely."
"That's not right." Kaoru muttered.
His feet began to hurt. The pressure and cold had pushed Brother Hui's body to the limit. Even so, Brother Hui still ran forward as if nothing had happened.
