The next morning, Alex Xu was standing in the corridor eating bread. Nathan Wang took a copy of "Essential High School English Synchronous Vocabulary" and spelled out the following words: "account, noun, description; account. Verb, account; explanation, explanation."
Alex Xu bit a piece of bread and lazily continued reciting: "accumulate, verb, to accumulate, to gather, to increase."
Nathan Wang turned to look at Alex Xu, his eyes sparkling as he said, "Oh, that's absolutely right."
Alex Xu rolled his eyes and said, "You've been memorizing for almost a week, and you're still only writing accounts in the vocabulary book. How can you be so ashamed?"
Prince Cong scratched his head shyly, thought for a moment, and then turned the vocabulary book to the back, saying, "Then I'll memorize the words from the back to the front."
