When the prince sent the memorial back to Tiance Palace, the emperor already knew that it was reviewed by him.
He knew it was someone else's hand but he didn't say anything. He was disappointed that the crown prince didn't know the right people.
As an emperor, he had long seen that there were people with ill intentions around the prince.
He just wanted to see when the crown prince, as the heir to a country, would realize that not all the people around him were trustworthy.
