An hour later, Max Ye was walking on the muddy mountain road, one foot deep and one foot shallow. Looking at the figure in front of him, he still felt a sense of unreality as if he was in a dream.

Ethan Cheng heard the footsteps behind him getting slower and slower, so he turned around and asked, "Can't walk anymore?"

When their eyes met, Max Ye suddenly shuddered and shook his head and said, "I can walk."

Noticing that Ethan Cheng slowed down his pace after turning around, Max Ye felt a warm feeling in his heart. He raised his hand and wiped his face, which he was not sure if it was clean or not, not wanting to leave any trace of crying.

Max Ye felt embarrassed when he thought about how he had just taken advantage of the fact that there was no one around and cried loudly and unrestrainedly, with tears streaming down his face.
