The original deck has been occupied by four containers. The new deck is equivalent to the top of the container. The stern part is made into a movable skylight. When it is opened, you can see the sky from the bedroom. When it is closed, there is a mini golf course above. However, in order to save money, it currently needs to be opened and closed manually. If you want it to be automatic, you have to pay extra for an electric motor.
The interior space is quite large, and the bow part is made into a duplex with upper and lower floors. It has everything you need including a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, study, studio, bathroom, gym, etc. It is indeed no different from the "boat house" that Tang Jilei described.
