It was impossible to refuse the free supplies, so Riley and the other three immediately took out machetes and axes and scattered to collect charcoal.
The island is very big, but collecting charcoal is much faster than cutting wood. Just touch the carbonized wooden houses and trees with the tools and there will be charcoal all over the ground. You can just put it into the bag and you can collect the next one.
They were moving at a fairly fast pace, but the island was quite large, and it took them until sunset to collect half of the island's charcoal. Riley and his crew were not willing to work late at night, so they returned to the boat in the afterglow.
For dinner, they had the bowls of cold noodles from Riley's ring space. Lin Haiyang also prepared a few cold dishes, including cucumber and jellyfish shreds and cold potato shreds. The jellyfish was caught in the nearby sea the day before yesterday. Fortunately, they had good eyesight, otherwise they might not have been able to see it.
Today's dinner was very quiet. The four people who usually have big appetites didn't eat much. After the meal, Lin Haiyang squeezed some watermelon juice for everyone as an after-dinner drink.
