He was sitting in the corner, reading my homework with great interest. In this week's literature appreciation course, the teacher asked us to read the books she assigned and then write a review. The book she specified was called "The Destined Lover", a love story written by a European literary giant whose name was longer than the title of the book. The central idea was probably to tell the world: every alpha has a destined omega, don't give up, don't give up on yourself, and be full of expectations for love at all times and in all places.I don’t know what the teacher who assigned this assignment was thinking, whether he thought it was good to have different voices, or simply forgot about me. But when I saw Song Boluo reading the book review I wrote, I was stunned and went up to grab it back.Logan Summers was quick-eyed and quick-handed. He was able to react in an instant and raised his hand high."Give it back to me!"He held my shoulders, restraining my movements: "But I haven't finished reading it yet.""What's so good about it? This is my homework, give it back to me!" My face turned red when I thought about how he saw the garbage I wrote in a moment of indignation.Any of my classmates would definitely give more praise than criticism after reading this book, after all, they were taught this way since childhood. But I am different. I hate the theory in this book.

The author believes that alpha and omega are a natural match, destined by fate, and are the "Adam" and "Eve" created by God. What about beta? Can't beta fall in love with a person with a different blood type than itself? What is the difference between those who regard heteroS3xuality as the right thing to do and those who only accepted heteroS3xuality as the world's orthodoxy a hundred years ago?"It's very nice," Song Boluo chuckled in his throat, "'Love should not be bound by physical defects, the fusion of souls is the foundation of love.' You are so brave to say that." After only reading it once, he could recite what I wrote word for word. With my efforts, or rather the other party's deliberate letting go, I finally reached my homework book."It is." I snatched it, rolled it up and held it in my palm, then stood up. "Anything that has caused physical and mental constraints on humans has always been dregs. In the past, there were thin waists that could be held in one hand and small feet with lotus flowers all over the ground. Now it is the canine teeth of alpha and the neck glands of omega."Song Boluo sat there, propped up his chin and looked up at me: "Beta doesn't have the defects you mentioned, but what can you do? This world still regards you as pigs and dogs."

His tone was relaxed, but his words were blunt.I tightened my fingers and told him: "You said I was not suitable for this place, but I adapted to it, didn't I? As long as I work hard, I can always change something, whether it is fate or love."Looking back at this passage, it seems like a joke. The force on his chin increased a little, and Song Bailao stared at me with dissatisfaction: "What are you thinking about?"I came to my senses and said truthfully, "Rooftop..." My voice was a little unclear because I was holding his finger. He smiled, his eyes darkened a little: "Will it?"I swallowed unconsciously. Whether it was "yes" or "no", both answers were very dangerous. After weighing the pros and cons, I chose a middle value: "Hmm... not really."Logan Summers pulled his fingers out, and just as I was about to breathe a sigh of relief, he pressed his palm on the back of my head, with a faint sense of oppression: "Then learn it."He is indeed an excellent teacher. He used his rich experience to teach me, a stupid student, and helped me quickly master the tricks.I practiced in the study for half an hour, and after I finished, Song Boluo asked someone to help me back to the room.I don’t know if people outside would smell the strange smell when they came into the room. I just felt like my brain was lacking oxygen and I felt a little dizzy. After I lay down on the bed and calmed down, I stared at the dim ceiling and gradually regained my consciousness. The strange thing is that I didn't feel any shame or displeasure.

The first thought that flashed through my mind was... he was really hot.The next morning, after breakfast, Li Xun came to the door with four or five people.Stylists, lighting technicians, and photographers were all available. They took care of my styling, selected the right clothes, and even painted my lips, which Song Bo-lao thought were too light, with a hint of red that made me look more energetic. After taking care of my appearance, they helped me to the well-arranged study and had me sit behind the desk.If I lower my sight a little, I can see the place where Song Bailao sat yesterday, and I can smell the fishy smell again. I clear my throat and force myself to look away.Song Boluo sat behind the camera, next to him was a whiteboard covered with words. On it was the statement I had spent a long time reciting yesterday, with pause symbols specially added for intonation. He crossed his legs, rested one hand on the armrest, and tapped his forehead with his fingertips: "I'll give you two more minutes to get ready."If I had started all at once, I might not have been so nervous, but he gave me a countdown, and my heart beat faster and faster during the two minutes, and my palms were sweaty.Li Xun handed a laptop to Song Bo Lao, who put it on his lap and suddenly smiled at the screen: "It turns out that the cake shop you represented in the competition two years ago was that Xu Meiren, no wonder..." He automatically muted the rest of the content and didn't say anything else. Instead, he looked up and asked me, "Are you okay?"I didn't know if I was okay, but I nodded reflexively in a panic: "Yeah...

Yeah!"He lowered his head again: "Countdown to three seconds, three, two, one... start."I clasped my hands tightly in front of me. I had forgotten everything I had memorized yesterday and could only rely on the backup on the whiteboard for emergency help.
