Two rather strange things happened that day.
He and his classmates were working on their homework in the study room. When they were feeling drowsy in the afternoon, Ethan Jiang got up and went to the Starbucks near the school to buy coffee.
On the way, he met Catherine from the next-door college. She was holding a bunch of bright and juicy roses and excitedly stopped him and said, "Jiang, how are you doing recently?"
Ethan Jiang smiled and said, "Not bad, but there's a lot of homework."
