According to federal law, children should inherit their last names from their fathers, but he is an illegitimate child and his aunt killed his father, so he only has a name."
He should have thought of it earlier. The Cardinal would not choose the successor to the throne from a noble family for no reason. Lance must have a relationship with the Federation or he has something in common with Hyden. Blood is the most likely reason. However, he overlooked the key point because of the completely different appearance of Lance and Hyden: "Do you know this well?"
"Generally, I know about the forbidden love between students and teachers, and the cages in the palace," Lance said with a half-smile, "I still remember what my sister-in-law said in the Mirror Palace three years ago. If you want the old men in the Cardinals to pay the price, you must first believe that you can return alive."
