As he got closer, Oliver's voice just rose in pitch:
"...How can you go to a hot spring without a herbal bag? If your store doesn't even have this, what kind of hot spring hotel is it?"
"Sir, we do have herbal bags, but they require an additional fee. This is not included in the free services provided to you. I'm really sorry."
The pink-clad waiter spoke in a sweet tone, as if she had eaten honey.
Oliver looked very unhappy, but he didn't ask how he could get the herb bag. Instead, he muttered "If you don't have it, just don't have it" and walked away from the counter unhappily.
