Levi returned to his own courtyard and first asked housekeeper Feng if Griffin had hit her forehead. Housekeeper Feng nodded rapidly and said, "Yes, she was bleeding when she came back last night."
Levi suppressed the urge to beat up Steward Feng and said weakly, "Then why didn't you tell me?"
Butler Feng looked at Levi helplessly, not understanding what there was to say in private. The wound was so obvious, Levi would be able to see it as long as he was not blind.
Butler Feng asked cautiously, "Did the prince just visit Master Zhong? Is he feeling better?"
Levi was speechless.
