In Juelong Valley, you have to reach level 50 to get out. With his current level, it is not easy to even kill monsters and level up there. However, in the game, if you don't have enough level, you can make up for it with equipment. Logan felt that if he wore a set of divine clothes, he would still have a chance.
In "Tomorrow", there really is a set of god-level suits with all attributes and no level requirements, called "Redemption of the End of the World".
