"Is Beta obedient?"
Li Jason Si washed and dried both the man and the cat, and stuffed them into the bed, one in each hand. He had just dried the quilt today, and the sheets still had a faint scent of laundry detergent. Beta had fallen asleep, in the little nest between the two pillows, revealing the white fur on his belly and the pink pads on his paws. The bedside lamp was on, and the dim light shone on Beta's transparent whiskers.
Max Fang was leaning against the headboard and browsing Weibo. Hearing this, he looked up and said, "Guess?" His tone was quite gnashing.
Li Jason Si smiled and stuffed Beta's little paws into the quilt.
"Luckily I have the audio you recorded for me," Max Fang said proudly, "When it was recording the show, I played it right in front of it when it didn't obey. We finished filming before we used up all 28 takes."
