When Nathan Xiao slowly opened his eyes, he found himself lying in a modern ward. It was a real ward for sure, and he even suspected that he was dreaming. In his last memory, he had lost all senses, and there was only the torture of endless pain, and now, everything seemed like a dream.
In other words, everything he experienced seemed like a dream.
He tried to move his hands and feet and found that his feeling had returned. He no longer felt any pain. It still hurt when he pinched his face. He must not be dreaming.
