Felix, as the head of the sect, certainly couldn't just sit back and watch as his interns were fighting the local ghosts. He let go of the old man with the goat beard and was about to stand up to help, but someone grabbed his shoulder.
The second disciple's voice was filled with anger: "Why didn't you dodge just now?"
It took Felix a while to realize what he said: "If I had dodged your brother, I would have been hit."
He thought his disciple was just asking casually, but after he answered, his gaze became even more intense, with a compelling warmth and a little bit of disbelief: "You...protect him?"
Even though Felix's temperament has changed drastically now, it is hard to believe that he would be associated with the concept of "protecting others".
