Liam Chen slept soundly until the sun rose. When he woke up, he felt more relaxed than he had felt in a long time. He looked at the time and it was almost twelve o'clock.

Nathan Song was already cooking in the kitchen. There was nothing good in the mountains, so breakfast was just the buckwheat buns he had taken from the temple yesterday. Nathan Song cut them into slices and found some jam from the refrigerator to make the meal a little richer. There were no live poultry in the temple, and naturally no eggs either. Nathan Song could only make a salad with the remaining vegetables, thinking that he would have to go down the mountain in the afternoon.

Seeing Liam Chen coming out, Nathan Song said good morning, and then said a little embarrassedly: "I forgot that I invited you here. It's too simple. This can barely be considered a brunch. I have to go down the mountain in the afternoon. If you are too lazy to go, just wait for me at home, as long as you don't feel bored."

Liam Chen memorized several scripts on this trip, so he would not have trouble finding things to do to kill time. After winning the Best Actor award, he no longer had to worry about not having scripts to take on. On the contrary, he was more cautious in choosing roles than before. He turned down an advertisement shoot in order to go with Nathan Song. Emily Jia knew that he was going out with Nathan Song this time, so she didn't say much, but printed out a stack of scripts for him and asked him to read and choose carefully.

Liam Chen likes quietness, and this place is comfortable for him to stay in. He can stay here for several days without moving. He spread the peanut butter on the steamed bread slices and said to Nathan Song: "I will stay here to help you look after the house."
