The Dean of Studies is Feng Mao, and he was newly transferred here this semester.

The new official was very keen on enforcing discipline when he took office. He didn't even eat breakfast and stood in front of the teaching building for fifteen minutes with a loud speaker in hand. Finally, he caught Ethan Ying, a typical example.

Upon learning that he was from Class 7 of Grade 2, Feng Mao took him directly to the Grade 2 Science Office and pushed him in front of Mr. Smith: "Is this from your class?"

Mr. Smith was eating steamed buns. When he saw the two of them, he frowned and said, "Yes."

He stood up, pushed the office chair aside, and glanced at Ryan Jing, and said in a deep voice: "What did they do wrong?"

"This one ---" Feng Mao pointed at Ethan Ying: "I caught him not wearing his school uniform." He turned around and pulled Ryan Jing up, sneering: "As for this one, he said he wanted to testify for his friend that he didn't wear his school uniform because his clothes were dirty."

Hearing that it was not a fight or skipping class, Mr. Smith breathed a sigh of relief: "Dean, don't worry, I will let him go back to wear his school uniform."

Feng Mao was very dissatisfied with his gentle attitude and slammed the table, saying, "Mr. Smith, you should discipline the students in your class! Students must wear school uniforms, this is the rule! As long as they are in school, they must obey it! I am not saying that people like him who are unorganized and undisciplined will end up in prison in the future!"

He looked at Ryan Jing: "This guy is not a good guy either! He lies easily and you can tell he has a bad character at first glance!"

Ethan Ying raised his eyelids and glanced at him.

Feng Mao was furious at his look: "What are you looking at? What? Are you not convinced? Is the teacher wrong? Where is your school uniform? Why aren't you wearing it?!"

Ethan Ying leaned lazily on the desk and said lazily: "It's dirty."

Feng Mao exploded instantly: "Mr. Smith, look at the students in your class! What kind of attitude is this?! Not wearing school uniforms is reasonable? And they still want to take the college entrance examination? BullSh!t! Just take your schoolbags and go home!"

Ethan Ying raised his lip, stood up straight, turned around and left.

"You---" Feng Mao was furious: "What's wrong with you, a student?! Stop right there! Where are you going?!"

Ethan Ying didn't even turn his head, completely ignoring Feng Mao behind him: "Take your schoolbag and go home."

Feng Mao took two steps forward and said, "Come back here! Come back! Do you hear me?!"

"Sorry, we in prison never go back on our word."

The other teachers who were eavesdropping in the office couldn't help but burst out laughing.

Feng Mao was so angry that he fell backwards and almost fainted on the spot.

"You! You will be punished severely! You will also have to write a 3,000-word self-criticism! When the flag is raised on Monday, you must stand on the podium and read it in front of all the teachers and students in the school!"

"No!" Before Ethan Ying could say anything, Mr. Smith suddenly jumped up as if stung by a bee: "Ethan Ying can't go to read the self-criticism!"

The last time he punished Ethan Ying in this way, he turned the self-criticism into a personal speech meeting.

There was thunderous applause and screams during the performance. Mr. Smith had no doubt that if she hadn't pulled him off halfway, he would have gone down to sign autographs for the students.

I thought of the scene where Ethan Ying stood on the podium, with a handsome face, and slowly said to the students who came to ask for autographs: "Don't be anxious, take your time, come one by one, everyone will have a share."

Mr. Smith's eyes went dark in an instant.

He repeatedly stressed: "You can't review it."

Feng Mao thought that he was going to protect the students in his class, and was preparing to argue with him with a gloomy face. Suddenly, he remembered the name Ethan Ying.

All those glorious events that I had heard of were immediately matched with the person in front of me.

Forget about other things, it is said that his family background is powerful and he has even beaten a teacher?

Feng Mao weighed his own physique and Ethan Ying's physique and became intimidated.

He put his fist to his lips, coughed, and tried to save face: "It's okay if you don't reflect on it. Just take care of the students in your class! The leaders of the Education Bureau will come to inspect in the next few days, and the students must wear the same uniform!"

Mr. Smith nodded, agreed with him a few words, and finally sent him out of the office.

As soon as he turned around, the smile on Mr. Smith's face disappeared. He looked at Ryan Jing and said as kindly as possible: "Go back and study. This has nothing to do with you."

Ryan Jing breathed a sigh of relief, smiled at Mr. Smith a little embarrassedly, opened the office door and left.

Mr. Smith was not so good-tempered when facing Ethan Ying.

"Come with me," Mr. Smith said with a dark face, pulling Ethan Ying to the corner of the corridor, and said with a headache: "Your temper --- can't you control your temper a little? Yes, his words are not pleasant to hear, but he is the director after all, so what's wrong with you just being patient? Look how angry you made him?"

Ethan Ying leaned nonchalantly on the windowsill, raised his eyes and smiled: "Am I angry with him? Didn't I just agree with him?"

"You!" Mr. Smith was speechless and overwhelmed: "Tell me, why don't you wear the school uniform?"

Mr. Smith has taught Ethan Ying for more than a year and knows him very well.

I know that although he doesn't like studying, he is not like other poor students who are eager to show off. As long as you don't provoke him, Ethan Ying is easy to manage.

"My clothes are really dirty." Ethan Ying spread his hands: "I stayed at school last night and didn't have anything to change into."

"You..." Mr. Smith rubbed his brows: "Well, I'll find you an unused set..."

"I don't wear other people's clothes." Ethan Ying interrupted him.

"Why do you have so many bad habits!" Mr. Smith was so angry that he wanted to hit him: "What do you want? Go against the director? Our class only has so few points left this week. If you continue to deduct them, don't you feel bad? I can't afford to lose face!"

"How can that be possible?" Ethan Ying laughed and patted Mr. Smith on the back. "Don't be angry. I'll have someone send the school uniform over."

"Hurry up!"

Ethan Ying took out his cell phone and sent a message.

Mr. Smith glared at him and pretended not to see it.

"I can't wear my dirty school uniform anymore. I need to buy a new one." Ethan Ying put away his phone and said to Mr. Smith, "Can you help me register?"

"Okay." Mr. Smith waved his hand: "I'll contact the faculty and have them send it to you as soon as possible."

After finishing the business, Mr. Smith was about to let him go back, but Ethan Ying suddenly said, "Teacher, I want to change seats."

Mr. Smith looked at him warily: "Where are you going to change to?"

Ethan Ying curled his lips and smiled: "Ryan Jing's deskmate."

Mr. Smith frowned: "When did your relationship become so good?"

"We must study together, make progress together, and win glory for Class 7. We must beat the 211, surpass the 985, and create a provincial experimental myth."

Mr. Smith:...

Mr. Smith: "...speak human language."

Ethan Ying chuckled: "Friendship between men comes so quickly."

Mr. Smith couldn't stand it anymore and slapped him on the head: "I don't have time to chat with you! Go back to class!"

"What about changing seats...?"

Mr. Smith felt pain in his eyes when he saw him now: "Let's talk about it after Ryan Jing agrees."

Ethan Ying walked back to the classroom slowly, and when he passed by Ryan Jing, he found that he was writing English. Those stiff letters were smooth and beautiful under his pen. Even though he had never seen Ryan Jing's handwriting before, Ethan Ying didn't think that someone who never read books could write such words.

He pulled out his chair and sat down, the corners of his mouth slightly raised.

Both the curious thing itself and the sudden appearance of this person made him feel very interested.

He finally found some entertainment when he was bored, so he couldn't let it go easily.

"What are you thinking about, laughing so lasciviously?" Alex He came over and joked, "Could it be that our brother Jiao has finally fallen in love with a girl?"

Before Ethan Ying could say anything, Ben Zheng rolled his eyes and said, "Don't talk nonsense, isn't Brother Jiao aS3xual?"

Alex He burst out laughing: "Yes, yes, I was wrong."

Ethan Ying is good-looking and has had a large group of suitors, both boys and girls, following him since junior high school.

But Ethan Ying never looked at them twice, and never fell in love with any of them. As time went by, his good friends started to tease him about being aS3xual.

"It's none of your business." Ethan Ying threw a piece of gum into his mouth and pushed Alex He's big face away impatiently: "You're blocking the light, move away."

Alex He argued with him: "How come it's none of my business? If he really had a sister-in-law, would I not go and meet her?"

Ethan Ying sneered and looked at him: "What are you doing? Go and kowtow?"

"You!" Alex He was so angry with him that he simply turned around and ignored him.

Different from the noisy evening self-study class, the morning self-study class of Class 7 is very quiet. Most of the students lie on the table to catch up on their sleep, and occasionally you can hear some snoring.

Therefore, the noise made by Ethan Ying and the others seemed particularly loud, causing Ryan Jing to couldn't help but glance back.

"Hey," Jason Li couldn't hold it in this morning. Ryan Jing was reading seriously and didn't talk to him at all. After finally seeing Ryan Jing stop writing, he immediately came over and asked, "You've been reading this morning. Do you understand it?"

Ryan Jing nodded: "Yes."

Jason Li chuckled, glanced at him, and said unconvincedly: "Just brag."

Ryan Jing smiled and said nothing.

"Where are we going to eat for lunch today?" Jason Li asked Ryan Jing, "Are you still going to order takeout?"

The provincial experimental school does not allow students to order takeout, but every policy has its countermeasures. After months of research, the students of Class 7 of Grade 2 finally found a weak spot in the corner of the school's west wall and successfully occupied it, turning it into an exclusive place for Class 7 to get takeout.

Ryan Jing looked up at the wall clock. It was not even eight o'clock yet, so he was thinking about having lunch.

He shook his head: "No, I'll go to the canteen to eat."

Jason Li thought for a moment and said, "Then I'll go too. I'm tired of eating takeout." He bumped into Ryan Jing's shoulder and told him, "Then hurry up when the school bell rings. There will be too many people going to the cafeteria. If you don't hurry up, you won't be able to get a seat."

Ryan Jing nodded and agreed: "Okay."

The four classes in the morning were physics, English, mathematics and chemistry, and Ryan Jing listened very carefully to each class.

The Provincial Experimental School is indeed the best high school in the province. His previous high school was good enough, but the teachers were no match for those of the Provincial Experimental School.

The more Ryan Jing listened, the more excited he became. He felt that this was probably the greatest compensation God had given him after he had traveled through the book.

Several teachers had been reminded by Mr. Smith, and they didn't believe that Ryan Jing would improve. But when they saw him looking up and listening to the class attentively, they felt very relieved.

The chemistry teacher was the short and fat guy who had stopped Mr. Smith in the office before. His surname was Wang. He had a very good temper and a kind heart. Afraid that Ryan Jing wouldn't understand, he deliberately explained it in more detail.

Ryan Jing was very keen on knowledge, and he felt warm in his heart when he saw the teacher change his teaching style while looking in his direction.

Even though he had learned everything the teacher said before, he still listened very carefully.

As soon as the bell rang for the last class in the morning, Jason Li hurriedly pulled Ryan Jing outside: "Hurry up, or we won't be able to catch up!"

"Going to the cafeteria is like an Olympic event."

Ryan Jing was also surprised by the large number of people running on the playground. This had never happened in his previous school: "Do you run like this every day?"

"What else?" Jason Li pulled up his pants: "You know that every time you line up to the end, everything is gone."

As Jason Li spoke, his pace became faster and faster, and Ryan Jing could hardly keep up.

Jason Li thought he was too slow: "I'll run first! Go and take a seat." He panted heavily and turned back to Ryan Jing and said: "You, you go to window number nine to find me and cut in-my line!"

Ryan Jing was out of breath as soon as he spoke, so he could only nod in response.

At this time, Ethan Ying was walking towards the classroom. The driver from his family brought him his school uniform, and the cook also brought him some food.

He was holding his school uniform in one hand and a thermos in the other, avoiding the students running to the cafeteria. Just as he was about to turn into the small path, his eyes suddenly stopped.

On the opposite side, Ryan Jing was running towards this side with his head down, his cheeks flushed, looking particularly youthful.

He curled his lips, immediately changed direction, and walked straight to the opposite side of Ryan Jing.

Ryan Jing was running forward desperately when he suddenly felt a black screen in front of his eyes, as if he had encountered an obstacle. But it was too late to stop. Although he tried his best to control himself, he still crashed into it.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Ryan Jing apologized immediately.

A familiar voice came from above my head, low and somewhat teasing: "Who is this? You are quite skilled at throwing yourself into someone's arms."
