The soothing wind blows past my ears.
Ethan Chen grabbed Aiden Pei's hand, climbed over the window, and landed steadily beside him. This felt a bit strange, because he had always been a good kid since he was a child, but he had never done anything like climbing through a window.
Aiden Pei was familiar with the route. He took his hand and led him across the bushes, through the tree-lined avenue, all the way to the school gate.
"Where are we going?" Ethan Chen found it very exciting. They could obviously walk on the road openly, but for some reason they had a feeling of eloping.
Aiden Pei said simply: "Let's go for a ride."
