Trait and Declan stood in the elevator. As the elevator slowly rose, Trait looked around idly.
Donnie watched the elevator floor pointer change, moving step by step.
Trait's cell phone vibrated slightly.
Trait raised the corner of his mouth slightly, took out his cell phone and looked at it. Sure enough, it was a text message from Maverick and the others.
Even Knox Maverick could understand what Trait meant, let alone Declan who was so in sync with Trait that he had nothing to say.
