"There is no woman's voice. You heard it wrong."
"How is that possible? I heard it. It seemed like they were saying something about there being no water."

Stephen Su was so shocked by Chloe Shen's sudden words that he almost dropped his phone. He was sweating profusely and quickly came up with a clever way of saying something.
