"That's outrageous."
Professor David stood in front of the huge door, his eyes full of enthusiasm and anticipation.
I'm afraid no one would have thought that there would be relics of an ancient civilization hidden in the mountains. This must have been a huge and difficult project in ancient times.
The changes in mountain terrain are almost negligible within a thousand years, so it is highly likely that this relic was not buried after it was built, but was built in the mountain from the beginning. The difficulty of its construction is definitely no less than that of a wonder like the pyramids.
If it weren't for the coincidental earthquake, this relic would probably remain here and not be discovered by anyone.
